Returns & Refund Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods
  • Gift cards
  • Custom and bespoke products made to your specification
  • Sale items

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account, then contact your payment provider, as processing times vary. If you have done both and still have not received your refund, contact us at info@gfrenterprises.com.

Exchanges

We replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at info@gfrenterprises.com and send your item to:

Shipping Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for items over $50. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items sent without tracking.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original outbound shipping will be deducted from your refund total.

Note on B2B and OEM Orders

For custom OEM orders, returns and cancellation policies are agreed on a per-order basis and stated in the purchase agreement. Custom and bespoke production orders are generally non-returnable once production has commenced. Please review your purchase agreement for the specific terms applicable to your order.
